Positive I give this unit a 10 out of 10 only for one reason it has the best location and parking in Kona , walking distance to everything around this adorable little town where parking is hard to find. Great coffee house next door . The unit itself is old but clean it needs a major upgrade , the beds are comfy and new A/C units in the bedroom that work great .. the

It was well within walking distance of the Ali'i Drive area along the bay, and also grocery and drug stores in shopping centers across Palani Rd and beside the condo itself. Restaurants were also plentiful in the area. Actually one could stay here without a car if their main focus was the immediate area a
