Positive The desk lady at the front desk was friendly and professional. She was a big part of my positive score. The WiFi was the worst part of my stay. It was clunky the first tiime setting up and had to repeat the process daily. Also no complementary breakfast.

Positive I was quite disappointed the restaurant was under renovation. I didn't know until I made the reservation otherwise I would of used another hotel. These things should have mentioned for one to make a decision.,other from that it was very comfortable.

Positive Staff was very friendly and let us check in early as we had to leave our original hotel due to no hot water. Front desk staff was very friendly
