Positive It was close to the DM Civic Center and lots of places to eat. Comfortable room and bed. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Positive Ability to walk to the Casey's Arena for concert. Breakfast off the menu was excellent! Theresa at the front desk was extra helpful!! Valeted my car and it was already on the street the next morning when checking out preventing any wait time for the valet to go get it. Complimentary wine in the lobby on Saturday evening.
