Positive The staff was very friendly. We did enjoy the spa. The staff was excellent. We loved your monkey bread. The pool staff was great.

Positive The staff was so kind, attentive and welcoming! We don't often stay at resorts, but when we checked in they immediately offered us a glass of sparkling rosè. The faciliities were beautiful! It was the end of August in Phoenix and the temp hovered around 103 during our stay. They had valet staff at the ready to cart guests anywhere on property due to the heat
