Positive All the staff were very good except for one person, who was impatient, frowned throughout the 2mins interaction, and behaved unprofessionally, which created a tense atmosphere. I then turned to another staff member, who was very kind and helped me resolve the issue.

Positive This is a well set up hotel with all the amenities.. restaurant, bar, lounge, vehicle valet and parking garage. They even supplied humidifiers for the rooms to off set the dry Denver air! That was a huge bonus for me! The beds were very comfortable and that also is a big bonus! The staff was very welcoming and helpful in catering to your needs! The location
