    Positive In the middle of Waterville, close to everything, breakfast had home made dishes. Had a good rustic feel. Less expensive than all but one lodging option in Waterville.

    Positive Staff was very nice and helpful. Loved the Continental Breakfast in the morning But I thought the rooms were a little outdated for the price for the stay.

    Positive The staff were so very helpful to all in our party! Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were clean and comfortable - updating would go a LONG way. But with that said...I loved the location, Freedom Pass, location to all activities. Can't wait to come foe another visit.
