    Positive I was quite frustrated with a flight that had been cancelled -- after several delays. It was as so refreshing to be greeted by your staff with a big smile, concern for my safety and helpful gestures. The bed was also quite comfortable. My only suggestion for improvement is to update your shuttle bus.
