Positive The staff was very attentive and when there was a disruption they handled it quickly.

Positive Personality of all the front desk team. They were patient and focused on a high standard of care. It was obvious. The shuttle bus driver was knowledgable of the area and super careful in ensuring that I got where I was going and got out of the van safely (I have some difficulty climbing). She was wonderfully kind.
