The facilities are standard (more like hotel standard not like usual apartment - very limited kitchenette, only microwave, small fridge, electric water kettle, ceramic plates & bowls, plastic cutleries, and no washing machine).     Positive This property is close to the metro, convention center, the arena, restaurants and a market. Love the area, location is great and close enough to walk to the National Mall.     Positive Thang is a very nice host, welcoming us very warmly. The appartment is located in the basement and is equipped with everything you need as long as you do not plan to cook at home. You can warm up everything in a microwave or have a cup of tea. The bed is very comfortable. Rental bikes are close by to explore the city.
