    Positive Very clean, great location. Staff very friendly. Easy walk across the street to the Westfield mall and Santana Row close by. Full size fridge freezer, ideal when you want to save some money by getting some groceries. Bed was too firm (for me, back problems). I ended up buying a $30 3mattress topper the next day and slept fine the rest of the time. Met my nee

    Positive The room was very comfortable and the area was quiet. It was close to restaurants and shops with easy access to the interstate (as well as public transportation). The kitchenette was used for light meals (breakfast and making sandwiches). Bathroom was clean and shower was good. There was front desk support during the day which provided coins for the on-site
