Positive The location was amazing, near everything and super comfortable. Also Rossana was always so willing to help, even left us extra blankets and helped us find transportation back to the airport.

Positive My flight was arriving late in the evening but my friends were there earlier. Our host allowed my friends to check in for me and was very helpful. The front desk staff was great and super friendly. All of them. The host replied to all of my messages and questions quickly with good information and made us feel very welcome.
