Positive The cleaning staff was running a little behind, so we couldn't get in until about 5 minutes after the check-in time, when the fob magically appeared in the lockbox! Check-out was super easy. Loved that there was a coffee pot and Cafe Bustelo. TV was great, as were the washer/dryer. Location was perfect for us as walkers and public transportation users. We to

Positive Even though there was a slight hiccup with key access, the owner was very proactive and was able to get the situation sorted out as quickly as possible. The apartment is lovely, extremely comfortable and very clean and being a city girl, I loved the location in the heart of downtown, close to tonnes of restaurants, cafes and a grocery store. My only feedback
