    Positive Great value. Beautiful view of the ocean. Safe, quiet and convenient neighbourhood with excellent restaurants. Good transport options. Friendly, helpful host.

    Positive Breakfast was nice and traditionally American, well packaged and fresh. Location was quiet and easy to find. The access to building via a code was nice. Price/quality ratio was great, despite the shared bathroom and toilet. The host was very kind in regards to leaving our luggage at the spot even after check out, because we've had a lot of time to kill befor

    Positive Location excellent, right near public transport and close to Irvine street which has heaps of restaurants and shops. Really helps you feel like a local. Nice and quiet and safe at night. Staff were accommodating as well. Highly recommend for the price.
