    Positive The ramp made it easier for my husband than the steps; the parking area was not crowded; the room was a comfortable size - not overly roomy but not at all cramped; the storage in the room was adequate; the beds were comfortable; it had extra plug ins (a real plus for those who need to recharge hearing aids, phones, and computers); and I like the hard surface
