    Positive This is a very well maintained and staffed hotel in this price range. Bed was comfortable and while off the main highway 20 there was limited traffic noise. I was there on a Saturday night and had a quite evening. Would stay again. Breakfast was again very adequate and exceeds expectation in this price range.

    Positive Superb location as a short drive to downtown, restaurants and all other sites in Dubuque. Breakfast though mostly just carbs is reasonable for the price. Staff were nice and professional.
