Positive Convenient location. Smoking area outside was nicely set aside, covered and clean with tables and chairs. Room and linens were clean and well provided.

Positive Just what I would expect for a budget property. Parking for big trailers. Breakfast: instant hot cereal packets, cold cereal, waffles, boiled eggs, toast, packaged pastry, yogurt, oranges, juice and coffee. Frequent traveler hack: put the cold boiled eggs in a cup of hot water and in a few minutes you have warm boiled eggs.
