    Positive Hosts are really helpful, even include local resto list and can assist quickly with any issues. The room is small but is equipped with many cooking gadgets and small fridge -- it is easy to prepare simple meals . Safe residential location. No dog -- so can walk into gate of fenced yard without needing to check.

    Positive Location was good - near the 405 and easy to get to other places in LA area. Ample street parking. Independent entrance! Comfortable and quiet. Good size bathroom with hot water always! Lake Balboa was not very far and a great place to visit. The little patio was nice and cozy.

    Positive Everything was great with the exception of the noise from the clock being my only complaint. It was fairly quiet except for the clock ticking. It was convenient to where I needed to be.
