Positive The apartment itself is beautiful, easy automated check in and great location - around 7-10 dollars for an uber to Broadway. The only negative - and it was a huge one that should get solved - the bed in the second bedroom is the loudest, squeakiest bed we have ever slept in. You literally can not move without waking up the person beside you with the noise. S
