Positive Everything! The staff is just absolutely fantastic and always make guests feel welcomed and well cared for! Rooms are so comfortable and well appointed and always so much to do if you want to (or just relax). Restaurants were top notch and such a great variety of options. Concierge text option was also incredibly helpful

Positive This is a landmark hotel which offers a unique experience in a lovely setting. If you are at all fond of travel, you should make a special trip to The Broadmoor sometime in your life.
