Positive Nice, clean and cozy vibe. All the staffs and owner we met at the property are super nice and friendly. The room was in perfect condition and can’t ask for more. Great location as well.

Positive Upon arriving to Martin House, immediately we felt like we were welcomed in to a warm cozy home. Our accommodations were very comfortable and it was nice to have breakfast available each morning.

Positive Great location to town, and on a quiet street. Could walk to all the main areas in-town, and to Brant Point and Jettie's beach. The living room was comfortable to relax with our family, and breakfast was nicely presented each morning.
