Positive Location was wonderful and I felt very safe (close proximity to the university). The whole area including the property was exceptionally clean. The mattress was comfortable and all the little comforts of a basic kitchen were there. There was a breakfast spot the next street over that was amazing! The cleaning staff were great and courteous!

Positive I loved it was near the action but far enough for quiet and privacy. The decor and amenities were carefully thought of. Loved the stocked kitchen w appliances and cooking utensils, comfy bed, large bathroom w a makeup table, quality towels, etc.. The bldg laundry facility was a plus.
