Positive I liked that it was located in Pacific Grove, and that it was clean. I liked that when we had to call for a plunger at 4am for the dinky toilet, they were there within 10 minutes.

Positive location was good price was ok clean sheets clean bathroom cable tv complimentary boxed breakfast pastries, coffee n tea were nice.
