Positive The decor was beautiful and modern. I love the floor plan and the openness yet needed privacy between eat areas! It was a ready to go home being at the Philly Factor! The owners are very responsive, caring and friendly. I will be back everytime i visit Philly this would be my home away from home!

Positive The location was perfect for a visit to Temple and really close to the SEPTA line. Having a combination of single beds and a double bed and two bathrooms worked really well for our family.

Positive The host was very responsive! The property was easy to access and the apartment was clean. The amenities were great and it’s located in a quiet residential area. I was walking distance from Temple University, stores, and restaurants— I did walk to Temple campus and it took me only 6 minutes. I would definitely stay again.
