Positive Great location. Near beach and on the intracoastal. Large well-appointed rooms. Nice decor. Each room had its own outside seating area (table and chairs). Pretty pol and dining g area. Boutique hotel - nice alternative to the high rise chains like the Ritz and W. And lower cost. Free parking.
