Positive The hotel did well to accommodate the wedding party ahead of our check-in and took care of our bags. Allowed us to browse the French Quarter and have a New Orleans famous Muffuletta from Central Grocery & Deli before checking into the room. Staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout! Also very good breakfast buffet as well each morning.

Positive Fantastic location within a block of the Sanger Theatre. We visited New Orleans specifically to see the Phantom of the opera and stayed at the Roosevelt hotel during our visit. Everything was fantastic, including the staff and the restaurants.
