Positive Everything except the parking. Wish there was an option to self park. Valet gets kind of hectic.

Positive I enjoy the aesthetics of the hotel. I also like the staff was super friendly and they greet you as you’re walking into the hotel and open the door for you hands down. This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel.
