Positive The property is located on PCH so there is a little noise from the traffic at night. But on the other hand it is a short walk across the street to paths leading to the Beach. Our room allowed us a partial ocean view which we enjoyed. The property is older, but well maintained. We stay here frequently. One word of advice the showers are small, I am tall at 6'

Positive The hotel was close to the beach and the surrounding businesses. We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the cool weather. The swimming pool was heated and clean. It was peaceful and relaxing that my kids want to return there again.
