Positive the room and pools where great, also most of the staff was supper friendly and helpful. They had a lot of activities for kids and adults throughout the day. We always were able to find chairs by the pool. The resort never felt over crowded. Also most of the other travelers we met where very nice.

Positive Loved how clean the pools and landscaping was. The front desk customer service was not great. Both times we were not helped by 2 different women. The only helpful person was Levi and housekeeping. Your housekeeping and landscaping are your biggest assets.

Positive The food was very good, both poolside and Agave. All the folks who worked there were quite wonderful. Great to have the golf cart shuttle service. The gym was spacious.
