Positive The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. It was apparent from this outsider that the team is srong and well staffed. The building is beautiful. A more modern facade and hobby leads into a historic and handsome building that houses the rooms. Large double hung windows, crisp linens and a well stocked bath. No need to ask fr towels ir any amen

Positive I really loved the location. We spent time in Cambridge, and the T was right there. It's also on Charles Street, which ends at the Boston Commons. The staff was very friendly and the service was reminiscent of a very high-end hotel. The bath products, turn-down service, Frette robes, and comfy bed really elevated the experience.
