Positive I liked that it’s a Smaller complex. Great views & short walk to the beach. parking passes are included in the price . I think this should be listed in the amenities . (Some places charge extra) close to Walmart , Publix & dining.

Positive Cons: toilet leaks, cracks in floor and ceiling, very old furniture, like from the 70s, 3 tv’s, only 1 was usable, cook wear very old and unusable, floors were VERY DIRTY. Had to go to Walmart 4 times for cleaning supplies and cookware. Pros: Beautiful view, great location, very friendly staff and other guests.
