Friendly front desk personnel, friendly kitchen personnel, having key to access your floor, seeing audio-visual hearing impaired button for people who kosher need it outside the door, seeing emergency phone by elevator, ice and water machine in lobby, tea/coffee 24 hrs availability, breakfast.
