Positive The apartment is very nice and comfortable. In a great location to walk to Front street and the beach. We had a temporary problem with the washer but the owner helped us through it. Not a lot of parking spaces but we got one and didn't move the car. Very clean and well appointed with lots of amenities in the kitchen.

Positive The location is ideal - within walking distance to downtown. The apartment is new, bright, clean, well equipped. There is a huge shower. It's relatively quiet. The owners try to make you feel welcome.

Positive Great location, lots of amenities. Short walk to Downtown Traverse City. Washer/dryer with detergent included is great for families. Full kitchen. Modern TVs where you can use your personal YouTube, Netflix, etc. Free parking, but lot is small - maybe an issue during peak tourism season.
