Positive Annie (the host) was incredibly friendly, supportive and responsible. The location is truly superb: just a few minutes from the subway station. The apartment itself is nice and neat. Very cute, nicely furnished outdoor area in the back is the highlight of the apartment. There's a new, really cute coffee shop on St. Nick serving excellent espresso drinks.
