    Positive Wood laminate flooring, not carpet so it felt clean. Bedding and extra futon both felt clean (just need extra sheet). Dish soap, shower supplies, and laundry detergent provided, as well as a couple of bottles of water and a couple of snacks. A couple of beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels also provided.
