Positive The room I was assigned was barely cleaned from the people before me. There was trail mix all over the floor and under the bed. Long blonde hair all over the floor. The bathroom appeared cleaned, but there were no towels, bath mat, or wash cloths stocked. No trash bags either in the room or bathroom After I cleaned everything up that was left from housekeepi

Positive The staff were very accommodating and helpful when we had a small issue with the lock on the door. Not only did they come right away to fix the issue, they were very professional and very nice. Overall liked the room, very roomy, comfortable and clean. Pet friendly property which also was great to have since we are traveling with our two pups.
