Positive The cleanliness! This is my second time staying at this hotel in 3 months and I came back with a friend. It's a no frills place, but everything was clean and looked almost new. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The man at the front desk during checkout ( forgot his name!) remembered me from my last stay!

Positive Hotel was in a great location, parking was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. did not use the pool or gym. Mainly booked for close proximity to Universal parks. Ate breakfast both mornings it was decent and reasonably priced. Would stay again, not a bad price for 3 nights and 3 people if you expect to be out all day.
