    Positive Very nice and clean house, very comfortable beds, fast access downtown. Easy self check-in and check-out process. Comunication with the property via Booking.com chat, translation sometimes needed (e.g. Google Translate).

    Positive It's not a bad location since we traveled with two kids and they can loud sometimes. We had to take 2-3 trains to make it some places around Tokyo but it but it's easy accesible. Downside there's isn't that many restaurants especially breakfast places around but I think in general Japan cafe's don't open until 10 or 11 anyways. Overall places was clean quiet
