    Positive Staff were super friendly and nice. Room was spacious for 4 people with hefty luggages. Having a laundry machine was super convenient. Kitchenware available to us staying. Self-help with getting towels, detergent, extra slippers, separating our own trash and disposing. It was great being able to store our luggage after check out as well

    Positive -The price was quite ok for the location in Ginza -The room is quite big for Japanese standards -Everything is clean and the amenities are great (Small kitchenette and a washing machine) -They let us check-in earlier (around 12pm) because the room was ready without any additional fee.
