Positive Room itself is spacious, clean, and its location makes it quiet and convenient. Less than 5 minutes from Tokyo metro station. I'd say it's most comfortable with 3 guests, but definitely can house many more. Beds were comfortable and clean. Table in room and desk give ample space if a space to work is needed.
