Positive This was my 2nd time there, this time I got the 4F, the Room was awesome, except for one thing. Also the big balcony was great. The Host very nice, and no problem at all. You are also not to far from Ueno Station, and you got some Shops and Restaurants around you. I can highly recommend it.
