    Positive You get the whole floor to yourself and the one we booked had a lovely balcony. Very spacious unlike any hotels in Tokyo which we liked very much as we were travelling as a family. You really get to feel at home once you’re there. Superb location and the check in was seamless. Host is also very friendly and helpful when we needed assistance to use the laundr

    Positive Easy to find. Very spacious, everything labelled and translated instructions. Thoughtful items really appreciated like washing soaps, toothbrushes etc. very quiet neighbourhood, but plenty of food options. Road noise is minimal.
