Positive The onsen, The historic building, the riverside location close to the restaurants and shops of the town as well as to the train station. The staff brought our luggage up to our room and were very attentive to our comings and goings, collecting our shoes and laying out slippers.
Robert Verified guest review

Positive We really enjoyed the traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast - both were served to us in our room by a Nakai-san (attendant) who was very graceful, friendly, kind and a real pleasure to meet. The room was very traditional with sliding doors, futons for sleeping, etc. It was our first time experiencing an onsen. Beautiful bathing area both inside and outsi
