    Positive Great hotel in quiet area with beautiful views from our patio with private onsen. Very easy to access; location was great. Clean and authentic. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurants for dinner and breakfast well exceeded our expectations, with food I've never eaten, but loved. Presentation and service was amazing. We enjoyed the private hot tub we reserved

    Positive This hotel has a great view of the valley, and is in a very quiet town. The town of Gora is basically a transfer from the train to the ropeway, on your way up to Owakudani.     Positive Kind staff. Shuttle from the station was helpful with luggage. Private onsen was amazing! Dinner was fabulous. One of our favorite experiences during the trip.
