Positive We loved the traditional aspects of the stay as well as the exceptional hospitality. We felt so comfortable to the point of being spoiled (foot massager in your room and onsen on the balcony overlooking mountains?!). We also really enjoyed the authentic meals we ate here.

Positive Breakfast was fantastic and very filling and the dinner as well. The staff ring your room phone and also inform you of the time for dinner and breakfast. During the stay the staff was also kind enough to inform of attractions nearby and the limited shuttle they could provide to the attractions.
