    Positive There is no staff in the facility; however, there are instructions which explain very clear and specific. Very clean and very close to Utsunomina station (7 mins by walk). There are free coffee, teas, and face pack (you can use in the morning and evening!) If you would like to save more money, you can bring own towels and pajamas (can save 200 yen each night
