Positive Room was very spacious and clean. Central location just next to a mall. The lounge on the 5th floor was very impressive with complimentary coffee.

Positive The location is excellent! If you take the elevator downstairs there are so many cafes and shops. The staff was very nice. This hotel had some of the best employees of any other hotel we've stayed in during our Japan travels. The room was comfortable, clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Positive Great location and feels very safe. Plenty of room compared to the average Japanese hotel. The staff was very helpful and they speak English. There's also some exercise facilities which isn't common in Japan.
