Everything was flawless-from the shuttle pick-up, the check in, the rooms with the most sublime view, the pajamas, the in-room beverages (you can grind your own coffee beans!), all the little thoughtful touches (the crane at night on our pillow), the futon beds were the comfiest we had in Japan! Don't miss eating on site-the food

    Positive A beautiful ryokan experience. View from the room was amazing. Ryokan onsen was beautiful and private onsen was perfect for me as I have tattoos and could not use the public onsen. The staff here are so friendly and look after you really well. Only wished we had stayed an extra night!
