    Positive The food, kaiseki meals, were the best! So beautifully presented and truly delicious! The place was so clean. There was private and public onsen. Our room had a spectacular view of mountains and the river. We could hear the ducks and birds in the mornings. The staff were all friendly and spoke English.     Positive Property was beautifully taken care of. The view from our room was stunning. The staff was gracious and our personal host was very sweet. Both the Breakfast and Dinner were amazing. Very carefully crafted, and more than we could eat.

    Positive The staff was friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. It was actually the best service we've received during our 2 week trip in Japan. We felt welcomed and taken care of, and enjoyed our relaxing stay at Oyado Seri. We were able to book the place for 5 people, which was a plus since most places only seem to take 4 people max.
