    Positive The location. Not too far from the shopping mall, train station and many convenience stores nearby.

    Positive Clean, spacious, good lighting and easily accessible. Good signage to make it easy to find. It is close to various restaurants and a grocery store for quick meals or snacks. Kitchenette was well equipped with all of the basic utensils for the option to cook. The fridge was an appropriate size for the apartment.
