    Positive location is super accessible. just a few minutes walk to hakata station and 1 bus from tenjin. lawson and 7-eleven nearby.

    Positive Good value. There's a nice curry restaurant and a convenience store downstairs, and many supermarkets around the corner. In-house washing machine. The property felt fairly clean overall (e.g. laundry drying rod).
